Why we tag our pieces
We've built our seamless leggings, sports bras, and matching sets on Italian Santoni machines to move with real bodies through real workouts. That same care goes into how we protect every order — our Security Tag lets us offer easy 7-day returns to everyone, by keeping returns fair for our community.
How it works
- Your order arrives with a Security Tag looped through the garment and sealed shut
- Try it on, check the fit, move in it — at home, tag still attached
- Decided it's a keeper? Cut the tag off and wear it out, in the gym, on your run, wherever
- Not quite right? Leave the tag and seal untouched and send it back within 7 da
Returnable vs. not
✅ Tag attached, seal unbroken → eligible for return/exchange within 7 days
❌ Tag removed, cut, or seal broken → final sale, no refund or exchange
Return Accepted When
- Security Tag is looped through the garment
- Void seal is completely unbroken
- Item is in original unworn condition
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Return Not Accepted When
- Security Tag has been cut or removed
- Void seal is broken, peeled, or tampered
- Item shows signs of outdoor wear or washing
- Return is initiated after the 7-day window
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try the item on at home?
Yes. The tag has enough slack for a full home try-on — check the fit, move around, squat test it. As long as you don't cut or break the seal, the item remains fully returnable.
What if the tag arrived broken?
Contact us at wearechelsea@chelseaathleisure.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7291911547 immediately, before initiating a return. We photograph every sealed order before dispatch and will resolve it fairly on a case-by-case basis.
I removed the tag but the item doesn't fit. Can I still return it?
Unfortunately, no. Once the tag or seal is removed for any reason, the item is automatically final sale. We strongly recommend keeping the tag on until you are 100% sure you want to keep the item.
I removed the tag to photograph it for a reel or review. Can I return it?
No. Removing the tag for any reason — photography, content creation, wearing it outside — voids return eligibility. Shoot your content with the tag still on if needed.
Does this apply to all products?
Yes — all Chelsea Athleisure apparel including leggings, sports bras, matching sets, shorts, t-shirts, tanks, and pants ships with the Security Tag.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return and verify the tag is intact, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
